Do you have a general question for staff? Need to appeal a Discord mute or Minecraft server ban? Reporting a player? You're in the right spot! Here you will be able to find the right pathway to open the correct ticket or report for your inquiry. If you have any general questions for staff feel free to use the Forums > Help, Feedback & Recommendations section. Alternately, you can also use the Community Help forum. However, replies from non-staff members should not be considered an official answer.

You may be required to join voice chat on Discord. Be sure to join when you create a new ticket.
